Alongside Paraparaumu beach on the Kapiti Coast last week, we welcomed our Tū Mau Mana Moana Cohort for 2023.
At this opening retreat, Va Tupuna—Remembering, we focused on our tupuna/tūpuna, our genealogies, our relationships, and the vā. We started weaving our connections with one another, and setting intentions for our journey ahead.
This is our second time delivering Tū Mau Mana Moana in partnership with MBIE, and it was a beautiful first gathering of the participants on the vaka for this year.
